A simple mod that allows you to modify how long an in-game day lasts for.
Tested with RGL version.

Requires: Tuxicks Scripthook

How to install:
Download and extract Scripthook.
Download Longer days.
Extract Longer days inside the scripts folder.
Launch the game with scripthooks RDR2.exe.
Done.

Config file
To edit how long each in-game day lasts open up longer_days.ini and change time_multiplier to your specified value. For example 2.0 is twice the length of a normal day, 3.0 triple, etc.
